We would also like to remind you of the following information concerning rent payment and maintenance requests submission.
Information about Rent Payment:
Dear residents, we would like to remind you that rent payment must be turned in by the 5th of each month at the leasing office or in the rent Drop box located in main lobby. Acceptable methods of payment are personal check, money order or cashier's check made payable to Alta Verde.
Information about maintenance requests:
In order to process your maintenance requests more efficiently, please refer to the follwing instructions:
For non-emergency maintenance requests, you may complete and send the online service request form located in the residents link of this website or you may call the leasing office to leave a detailed voice message explaining the nature of your request. Once your request has been received, we will have it processed and verified by our maintenance staff within one business day.
For after hours emergency maintenance requests, you may call our main phone number 919-847-8580 and then press 1 to leave a detailed voice message indicating your name, apt number and the nature of the maintenance issue. Our on call maintenance staff will be contacted to assist you with your emergency.
For life threatening emergencies such as fire, please call 911 in order to obtain qualified assistance.
